- Autumn Salad With Pears, Dried Cranberries, Feta Cheese, Pecans, & Bacon — I Used Baby Spinach Instead Of Romaine, Left Out The Bacon For A Vegetarian Friend, And Used 1 Part Poppyseed Dressing To About 1 1/2 Parts Balsamic Dressing. Best Salad In The World! (be Sure To Peel The Pears.)
- Almond Crescent Biscuits – 3 Egg Whites – 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence – 170 G (1/2 Cup) Honey – 300 G (3 Cups) Almond Flour – 100 G (1 Cup) Slivered Almonds – Place The Egg Whites Into A Medium Bowl And Whisk Until Bubbles Form. Add The Vanilla Essence And Honey And Whisk Again Until Thick And Creamy. Fold Into The Almond Flour And Mix To Form A Thick Paste. With Moist Hands Form 1 Cm/1/2 Inch Thick Rolls About 8 Cm/3 Inches Long. Then Roll Them In The Almond Slivers. Bake For 30 Minutes
