I Doubled The Spices, Added A Chopped Bell Pepper, And Used Fire-roasted Diced Tomatoes And Tomatoes With Hot Chilies To Spice It Up. (still Not Too Spicy With The Other Ingredients To Tone It Down.). Topped With Cheddar Or Romano Cheese. I Will Definitely Make This Over And Over Again.
